Pricing and payment
01What does a website cost?
There are three tiers: Core, Pro and Prime. A project starts at 3.900,00€ one-time, or 115,00€ per month plus a 799,00€ setup. Every price is published on the pricing page, excluding VAT.
02What is the difference between one-time, yearly and monthly?
One-time: you pay the project in two parts, 30% at the start of work and 70% at delivery, and the first year of care is included. Yearly and monthly: you pay a 799,00€ setup, then a yearly or monthly fee that covers hosting and care.
03Are there hidden costs?
No. Domain, SSL, hosting, updates, backups and monitoring are included in every tier. Add-ons and extra hours have published prices.
04Can I save by paying early?
Yes. On the delivery invoice and on yearly invoices, you can deduct 2% when you pay within 14 days.
Subsidy
05Can the state pay part of my website?
Possibly. With the SME Packages Digital programme, the state covers 70% of eligible one-time project costs, up to 17.500,00€ of aid, if approved. You apply before ordering anything. How long approval takes depends on the House of Entrepreneurship; we tell you as soon as we know. The subsidy page explains every step.
Timeline and material
06How long does it take?
Your project is ready within two weeks of the start of work. Work starts once the first payment and your material have arrived.
07What do I need to provide?
Your texts, photos, logo and access to your domain if you already have one. Your client portal shows a checklist of everything needed.
Changes and editing
08Can I change my website myself?
Yes, with the admin: texts, photos, opening hours and news, published with one click. It is included in Pro and Prime, and an add-on in Core.
09What if I need a change I cannot make myself?
Every tier includes change hours each month: 3 in Core, 6 in Pro, 10 in Prime. Beyond those, extra hours cost 90,00€ each.
Hosting and security
10Where is my website hosted?
On servers in the EU, in Germany and Finland, with backups every night to a second location.
11Is my website secure?
Connections and stored data are encrypted, updates are installed for you, and the website is monitored around the clock.
Contract
12How long is the contract, and how do I cancel?
One-time care and yearly plans renew each year unless you cancel two months before. Monthly plans run for at least three months, then can end at the end of any month.
13What happens if I leave?
Your data, sources and domain are handed over within 30 days.
14Which languages do you speak?
Luxembourgish, German, French and English. Your website can be in as many languages as your tier includes.
