How the subsidy works

The Luxembourg state reimburses 70% of a digital project, a website included, between 3.000,00€ and 25.000,00€ excluding VAT, so at most 17.500,00€. The reimbursement is paid to your company once the final invoice has been paid: you advance the full amount.

Example: a Core website at 3.900,00€ excluding VAT, reimbursed 2.730,00€, costs you 1.170,00€ excluding VAT.

Who can benefit

  • a business permit issued by the Ministry of the Economy;
  • an SME: fewer than 250 people, turnover below 50 million euros or balance sheet total below 43 million euros;
  • a registered office in Luxembourg.

Some activities are excluded. Your eligibility is confirmed by the House of Entrepreneurship or the Chambre des Métiers, not by Noctixal.

What Noctixal does

The quote and the technical description of the project, the answers to your adviser's questions, the delivery within the quote's deadlines. Our quote covers building the website; hosting and maintenance are invoiced separately.

What we do not do

File the application for you, confirm your eligibility, guarantee the Ministry's approval.

The steps

Who does what, and when the money moves. Noctixal builds only once the Ministry has approved.

  1. House of Entrepreneurship and Ministry

    Mandatory pre-analysis at the House of Entrepreneurship, or at eHandwierk (Chambre des Métiers) if your business is a craft business.

  2. Noctixal

    Noctixal draws up the quote and the technical description of the project.

  3. You

    You file the application on MyGuichet.lu, with your adviser's help.

  4. House of Entrepreneurship and Ministry

    The Ministry of the Economy gives its approval. We start only after that approval.

  5. Ministry approval. Noctixal builds only after it.

  6. You

    You pay the first invoice in full.

  7. Noctixal

    Noctixal carries out the project.

  8. House of Entrepreneurship and Ministry

    Evaluation meeting with your adviser.

    You pay our final invoice.

Three questions

What if the Ministry refuses?

You have 14 days from the notification to declare, from your portal, whether you proceed at full price or stop there. Silence counts as a decision to stop. On a decision to stop, declared or by silence, the engagement ends and the fee of 799,00€ excluding VAT set out in the General Terms is due, nothing else being owed. On a decision to proceed, the project runs as a one-time project at full price.

Does it cover hosting?

No. The quote covers the build. Hosting and care are a separate contract.

Can an association use it?

No, the subsidy is for businesses. Associations get 50% off every price instead: every tier, every add-on, every payment model.
