Noctixal is a one-person digital studio in Kayl, Luxembourg, run by Lejeune Charel. No account managers, no sales team, no office overhead. Just the work, done directly, by the person who'll also pick up the phone if something needs fixing.
The studio builds websites, web applications, and custom software for businesses across Luxembourg and the EU. Scope is agreed before any work starts. Hourly rate is capped. The code is handed over to you, fully owned. See Charel's background for more on who's behind the keyboard.
